Frederik started his career as a finance & billing functional analyst for utilities on major Microsoft Dynamics implementations. Over the years, he expanded his knowledge across areas such as software development, implementation, data migration, data analytics, AI, product management and leadership, which shapes him as the successful delivery lead he is today.

Wout studied Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Automation at Ghent University, followed by an Advanced Master's in Data Science for Business, also at Ghent University. He combines a strong technical foundation with a keen eye for creating business value. During his Advanced Master's, Wout applied his academic knowledge to a real-world financial challenge. For his master's thesis at a leading financial institution, he successfully evaluated and enhanced the organization's credit risk model.

Matheus graduated from UCLouvain with a Master in Computer Engineering in AI. He also brings a richer background than his diploma suggests. He holds a first degree in Computer Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná (PUC-PR) in Brazil, with a focus on both hardware and software, and built his early career through internships at companies like Siemens and energy consultancy firms.

Alexandre obtained a Master of Science in Computer Science at Ghent University, where he developed a strong interest in Data, AI and Machine Learning. Through his studies, he built a solid technical foundation and became particularly interested in how these domains can be applied to real-world innovation.

Joachim completed his Master of Science in Computer Science Engineering at Ghent University in 2026, where he specialized in Artificial Intelligence and complemented his studies with several courses in Data Engineering.

30 years experience - After graduating in Economics and Accounting, Marc started his career in finance and controlling, where he developed a solid understanding of business processes and organizational performance. In 1997, he transitioned into enterprise software and technology, combining his financial background with a passion for digital transformation.
