For several years, STG has relied on element61 as their dedicated partner for Data & Analytics. Until 2021, STG operated as three separate entities: Sax, Lambrechts, and Schrauwen. With the assistance of element61, all three reporting environments were consolidated into a single STG platform using QlikView. This new platform encompasses all essential domains, including Sales, Inventory, and Supply Chain. Given STG's operations in both wholesale and logistics, OTIF (On-Time In-Full) reporting is crucial for maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Additionally, Qlik was extensively utilized to provide data for the ERP migration of the different entities to their unified OneTrade ERP system, based on Navision. This involved data mapping and ongoing data quality monitoring and control.
