The HR department of Exmar has a large need for automation of reporting, mainly due to the extensive and frequent reporting obligations. The project aims to automate reporting by centralizing and harmonizing crewing data, which will then be used to generate automated Power BI reports. This initiative is part of Exmar's broader ambition to establish a robust data foundation that can be utilized across various teams and projects. The first phase of the project focused on Exmar's tanker management self-assessment (TMSA), a key indicator of safety and quality performance in the maritime industry. The second phase will expand the scope to include other types of vessels and crewing data sources.
