The project at Medi-Market was to lead & do the migration of the data warehouse from Qlik to an Azure Modern Data Platform + Power BI. This migration was end-to-end and includes rebuilding all data ingestions best-practice, optimizing the data model to best—practice 2024 & building all the Power BI reports for smooth & top-notch self-service use. element61 worked on this project with a team of analytics architects & data engineers, each different expert skills (Databricks and/or Power BI). The go-live of the migrated data platform was done in May 2024 after ~1year of migration work. In this project the acceleration kits of element61 were actively used.
