PBLeiner has a warehouse with hundreds of bags of gelatin, that can be combined in a blending process that will result in a ready-to-ship produce for the client. We designed i) a ML model that predicts the quality of each blend and ii) an algorithm that aids the blending manager in picking the right bags from the warehouse to minimize overdelivering quality to the customer, to minimize stock loss and to improve warehouse efficiency. Moreover, we built a Power Automate flow as the connection between a custom-built Power App and the models, which reside in a Databricks workspace.

After the migration, additional reports were delivered to provide insights into the number of containers moved per day and their locations. Linked to the costs and margins of machines and workers to optimize the entire process. Additionally, an app to monitor fleet, including traveled kilometers, cost comparison between gasoline and electricity, and maintenance monitoring was created sourced from Fleet pass data. 

Migration of Qlikview to Qlik Sense, including validation, testing ,go-live, support of various business domains, such purchasing, sales, financial reporting, HR, transport, product pricing, and production.  While migrating also changes in the business due to acquisitions, changes in the ERP's, ... were well managed and integrated.

The Power BI "Out-of-the-Box" migration project at Napoleon Games is focused on transitioning from the Napoleon Games tenant to the Superbet tenant. This involves a meticulous process of migrating existing Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models to align with the new tenant's requirements, ensuring data integrity and consistency throughout the migration.

The project abstract for the data lakehouse migration for Transuniverse involves transitioning the Power BI "Out-of-the-Box" data warehouse to a data lakehouse architecture. The process includes setting up Self-Hosted Integration Runtimes, ingesting data sources to the silver layer, recreating silver views, transforming logic to gold, creating Power BI Models, and mapping General Ledger accounts in Dataverse. Additionally, it involves migrating PowerApps to the new data lakehouse file format and setting up an Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipeline to refresh the dataset post-loading.
