In this project, element61 led the project of migrating Carmeuse from Power BI on-premise to a Power BI Premium in the Cloud set-up. The project involved analyzing the as-is on migration fit, clarifying the potential seen for simplification & optimization and step-by-step implementing all updates, migrating and transforming the existing reports and ensuring the performance, security and governance of the solution. element61 provided guidance and best practices to Carmeuse on how to leverage the full potential of Power BI Premium in the Cloud.
