The Analytics Roadmap project was an initiative to set up the data foundations for Exmar. The project aimed to understand the current state of Analytics & AI at Exmar and define an actionable clear path forward. The roadmap was done in the typical 3-step approach of element61 starting with a lot of business interviews talking on the needs, current state & ambitions; second workshops to inspire & outline ways forward and finally documentation the make the roadmap concrete with project plans starting with finance management reporting, IoT reporting for two ships, HSEQ reporting, and crewing reporting.
