Analytics Architect

Bram graduated from KU Leuven in 2019 with a Master in industrial engineering, specializing in Electromechanics. He began his career as an electromechanical engineer in the automation sector, where he soon became increasingly involved in data-related work. It did not take long before he realized that this was where his real interest lay, and he made the transition into the world of data.

Over the years, Bram has built experience across Azure Data Factory, SQL Server, Azure Databricks, Microsoft Fabric and Power BI. He enjoys working across the full journey from raw data to a solution that people can actively use, combining platform architecture, data engineering and business-facing delivery.

What appeals to Bram most is solving complex data puzzles: understanding how the different pieces fit together, identifying the root cause of a problem, and translating complicated requirements into solutions that are clear, maintainable and practical.

He combines a strong technical mindset with a pragmatic approach and prefers to keep solutions as straightforward as possible, whether he is building data pipelines, improving an existing platform or creating insights for the business.
