22 years experience - Jonathan has a Civil Engineer degree (KULeuven) and a postgraduate degree in Business Economics (KULeuven). Combining his biomedical, analytical, and economic background, he started at UZ Leuven as a Business Analyst. He joined RealDolmen as a consultant to extend his technical knowledge and his knowledge regarding Corporate Performance Management processes & Reporting.

22 years experience - Jonathan heeft een diploma van Burgerlijk Ingenieur (KULeuven) en een postgraduaat van Bedrijfseconomie (KULeuven). Op basis van zijn biomedische, analytische en economische achtergrond, begon hij bij UZ Leuven als business analist. Nadien startte hij bij RealDolmen als consultant om zijn technische kennis en zijn kennis met betrekking tot Corporate Performance Management verder uit te breiden.

16 years experience - Kevin holds a Master in Applied Economic Sciences from Ghent University, with a dissertation on the Balanced Scorecard. He has extensive experience as a Business Controller at Randstad, where he performed variance analysis, created management information, and developed several applications using OLAP-based solutions, MS Access, and Oracle Hyperion Essbase. His interest in Business Analytics led him to AR Metallizing, where he implemented cost center and profit center structures and developed a sales reporting solution using Microsoft SQL Server.

16 years experience - Kevin, die sinds 2015 bij element61 werkt, heeft met zijn veelzijdigheid belangrijke bijdrage geleverd. Aanvankelijk werkte hij met Microsoft BI technologie, later specialiseerde hij zich in Corporate Performance Management (CPM) met een focus op CCH Tagetik. Na begin 2024 een korte pauze te hebben ingelast om nieuwe energie op te doen en nieuwe hobby's te ontdekken, zoals het ontwikkelen van Flutter-apps en jagen, is Kevin nu bezig met het afronden van zijn Python/Data Science-studie.

28 years experience - Bjorn has been active in Corporate Performance Management since 2000 and is one of the most experienced CPM experts in the local marketplace. He graduated with a Master in Economics at the University of Brussels in 1998. He joined the Belgian National Railways (NMBS/SNCB) as a Financial Analyst where he was responsible for implementing a management reporting solution for the commercial real estate division.

28 years experience - Bjorn is actief in Corporate Performance Management sinds 2000 en een van de meest ervaren CPM experten in de locale markt. Hij studeerde in 1998 af als licentiaat Economische wetenschappen (accountancy) aan de Economische Hogeschool te Brussel. Hij startte zijn loopbaan als Financieel Analyst bij de NMBS. Bjorn was verantwoordelijk voor de implementatie van een management rapporteringsoplossing binnen de dienst Patrimonium (concessies).

13 years experience - Since 2013, Tijs Bauwens is focusing on the process of Financial Reporting and Consolidation.  Tijs graduated as Master of Science in Applied Economics at the European University College Brussels (HUB – EHSAL) in 2011. With his master’s degree in taxation, he joined BDO Belgium as an assistant tax advisor. In August 2012, Tijs decided to start an interim project as an assistant finance analyst at the financial department of Gates Europe’s headquarters in Aalst.

13 years experience - Tijs is actief in financiële rapportering en consolidatie sinds 2013. Hij behaalde een Master of Science in Handelswetenschappen/TEW aan de Europese Hogeschool Universiteit Brussel (KUL) in 2011. Met een master in de Fiscale wetenschappen, startte hij zijn loopbaan bij BDO België als een assistant tax advisor. Vanaf augustus 2012 deed Tijs een interim project als assistant finance analyst voor het financiële departement van Gates Europe HQ in Aalst.

24 years experience - Sven graduated in 1997 with a Bachelor in Computer Sciences at the Industriële Hogeschool Brussel. He now has over 15 years of experience in IBM Cognos and holds certifications in IBM Cognos 8 and 10.
