These explanations are captured in BPC and allow for increase of transparency of the accounts. In addition, additional savings were noted in audit costs.

SAP BPC replaced the former Cognos application (Frango). The project consists out of a standard consolidation application with 2 differentiators.

The budgeting and planning process on TM1 had to be replaced and enhanced. CFObelux played the role of implementing not only BPC but also suggesting best practices to this process.

Carmeuse wanted to replace their SAP BI-IP budget application with SAP BPC. Together with the core BW-team, the CFObelux consultants translated the business requirements into SAP BPC functionality. CFObelux has put in place a Sales Planning tool to support every Carmeuse company in order to create, update, review and submit his Sales Plans, as often as required by the top management.

For the Hydrorio segment, PIDPA wanted to transform its current budgeting process which was done in excel templates into a streamlined budgeting application on SAP BPC.

This project objective was to merge and harmonize the management reporting (formerly Excel spreadsheets) and legal consolidation (formerly Frango) into a single reporting and consolidation software.
