Analytics Architect
Hanna Chiara obtained a Master in Business Engineering from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management as well as a Specialised Master in Data Science from the Université Libre de Bruxelles.
Through an academic exchange at the University of Gothenburg, she studied in Belgium and Sweden, cultivating a strong international mindset and interdisciplinary approach to problem-solving. Her educational journey reflects a passion for statistics, information technology, and business, leading her to specialise in data science and machine learning. During her internship, she worked on a retrieval augmented generation (RAG) system to improve question-answering from large-scale data sources such as Wikipedia, further strengthening her technical foundation.
Her master’s thesis explored how ChatGPT can enhance recruitment processes while mitigating biases, combining AI research with human resource optimisation. This interest in the intersection of technology and business has guided her through various academic projects where she applied statistical models and data mining techniques, mostly using Python.
In parallel to her studies, she has taken on multiple leadership roles in student and youth organisations. As a long-time youth movement member, she held roles ranging from group leader to well-being coordinator, supporting over 300 children and organising large-scale cultural events. She also served as treasurer for her student union, overseeing the annual budget and coordinating over 75 events yearly. She has experience as a private tutor in mathematics and physics. Through these experiences, she developed strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills and a deep commitment to social impact and personal growth.
Outside of academics and work, Hanna Chiara is passionate about psychology, travelling, skiing, and spending time with friends.
