Wout studied Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Automation at Ghent University, followed by an Advanced Master's in Data Science for Business, also at Ghent University. He combines a strong technical foundation with a keen eye for creating business value. During his Advanced Master's, Wout applied his academic knowledge to a real-world financial challenge. For his master's thesis at a leading financial institution, he successfully evaluated and enhanced the organization's credit risk model.

Matheus graduated from UCLouvain with a Master in Computer Engineering in AI. He also brings a richer background than his diploma suggests.
