In this project, element61 helped set-up the internal analytics platform for OMP using Databricks Lakehouse and Power BI, to enable data-driven decision making across different business functions and processes. The platform integrated data from various sources and our project focused as first use-cases on HR reporting & bug-reporting. This project was done in end-to-end coaching & codevelopment to guarantee the internal team got trained and comfortable with the new tools put in place.
The platform also enabled OMP to create and share interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, to monitor and analyze key performance indicators, such as revenue, customer satisfaction, and product usage.
